Welcome to Learn and Rise : Financial Literacy Training

Support Your First Nations Workforce with Learn & Rise Financial Literacy Training

Learn & Rise offers practical, non-accredited, fee-for-service financial literacy training to organisations across Australia. With over 20 years of experience delivering financial literacy education in remote First Nations communities. All sessions are led by qualified financial counsellors, trainers, and assessors.

We understand the importance of face-to-face learning, particularly in remote and regional communities, and we are committed to travelling to where your organisation and staff are located to deliver personalised, in-community training across Australia.

Our sessions are specifically designed to build confidence and competence in everyday financial skills, catering to individuals with varying levels of English literacy and numeracy. By creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, we empower participants to take control of their financial futures.

Organisations that invest in financial literacy for their First Nations staff are not only supporting individual empowerment but also increasing their ability to retain staff over the long term. Strengthening financial capability is a key contributor to stability, wellbeing, and job satisfaction—critical factors in workforce retention.
